Calme plat au sommet…
Comme vous avez pu le constater encore une fois, la hiérarchie n’est que très peu ébranlée dans les points culminants de notre classement. Call of Duty : Modern Warfare reste le maillot jaune de l’étape en devançant toujours Fortnite et GTA5. Depuis maintenant quelques semaines, la bataille des batailles royales ( tout un programme !) donne vainqueur la « Warzone » d’Infinity Ward. Je pense que le duel entre ces deux-là risque de durer encore un moment et chacun va devoir fournir toujours et encore du contenu pour maintenir l’intérêt des joueurs.
On constatera toutefois que Forza Horizon 4 réussit à griller la politesse à Destiny 2 pour se rapprocher des 10 premiers. Nous le verrons peut-être remonter encore un peu avec l’arrivée de la nouvelle mise à jour qui met en honneur le retour d’Horizon Promo !
…de nouvelles entrées timides…
La meilleure progression de la semaine revient à Gears 5 qui explose 12 Locustes pour pointer à la 15ème place. L’opération 3 : Gridiron a fini par donner un boost non négligeable au dernier épisode de la saga. C’est une très bonne nouvelle pour le titre !
En ce qui concerne les nouvelles entrées de la semaine, c’est Project Cars 2 qui effectue la plus remarquable. Il accélère directement en 27ème grâce à son incorporation dans le programme « Games with Gold ». Il devance, d’ailleurs de quelques places, Nier Automata qui lui a débarqué dans le Xbox Game Pass il y a quelques jours et incorpore notre classement au 30ème rang. Les deux derniers arrivés de la semaine ne sont autre que Totally Reliable Delivery Service, un autre bénéficiaire du programme Gold du mois et Resident Evil 3, dernier remake de la licence de Capcom, qui rentre par la petite porte en position 38.
…et des chutes significatives.
Dans les gros gadins de la semaine, on retiendra celle de Bleeding Edge qui tombe de son Hoverboard pour chuter de 18 marches. La première semaine de découverte étant passée, son contenu encore un peu juste n’a pas fait de cadeau au dernier titre de Ninja Theory. Esperons que l’arrivée prochaine de Mekko et d’une nouvelle arène lui permette de se maintenir dans les 40 premiers ! Dans le même style, State of Decay 2 s’effondre aussi de 9 points pour se retrouver à la lisière de la porte de sortie. Quant à Doom Eternal, il débute sa lente régression et recule de 7 places, deux semaines après sa commercialisation. Ne disposant de munitions infinies pour son contenu, la majorité des joueurs commencent doucement à tourner la page.
Et comme de mauvaises nouvelles n’arrivent pas seules, les 4 disparus de la semaine ne sont autre que Bless Unleashed, le MMO exclusif édité par Bandai-Namco, Ace Combat 7, Doom et Ori and the Will of the Wisps qui vient d’ailleurs de bénéficier de son dernier patch correctif, un poil sans doute trop tard…
