Le concert Fortnite est terminé !
Après une semaine de folie dans l’univers Fortnite, ponctuée par un concert hors du commun de Travis Scott, le Battle-Royal d’Epic Games retourne à la place qui était la sienne juste auparavant. C’est ainsi que ce dernier repointe à la dernière marche du podium juste derrière GTA5 et l’indétrônable Call of Duty : Modern Warfare. En effet, celui-ci conserve une actualité brûlante entre une arrivée prochaine des Duos dans la « Warzone » ou de son optimisation future pour la Xbox Series X. Et autant dire tout de suite que son succès n’est sûrement pas prêt de s’arrêter !
Axel, Blaze, Cherry et Adam débarquent !
26 ans après la sortie du 3ème opus sur Megadrive (cela ne nous rajeunit pas !), Streets of Rage 4 arrive en coup de pied sauté directement au 20ème rang ! Les développeurs Dotemu, Lizarcube et Guard Crush Game ont réussi à faire revivre la série avec brio. Il a d’ailleurs enchanté également notre FerrousNeil local, qui est tombé sous son charme. Vous pourrez d’aileurs lire (ou relire) son test ici. C’est pourquoi, l’engouement sur le titre, couplé à son arrivée dans le Xbox Game Pass, lui permet d’effectuer la meilleure entrée de la semaine. Rien que ça ! Il devance même d’une place Call of Duty : Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered qui se positionne juste à son arrière-train au 21ème rang. Un très beau succès bien mérité pour ce come-back presque inespéré !
Star Wars Battlefront 2 passe la vitesse lumière, Minecraft (Windows 10) retourne creuser.
Pour finir, on va parler des plus importantes progressions et gadins durant la semaine passée. Ainsi donc, Star Wars Battlefront II, grâce à l’arrivée de sa dernière mise à jour Battle of Scarif (qui sera sans doute la dernière déployée pour le jeu), effectue le meilleur bond en avant pour remporter 11 places et intègre le top 20 des jeux Xbox les plus joués. D’ailleurs, vous remarquerez que très peu de jeux évoluent positivement dans le classement, à contrario du nombre de ceux qui chutent véritablement.
En effet, on constate que plusieurs franchises essuient des revers significatifs en deuxième moitié de tableau. Ainsi, Minecraft (Windows 10), Fallout 76, mais aussi Toms Clancy’s The Division 2, Borderlands 3, Battlefield V et Monster Hunter : World chutent tous dans une fourchette comprise entre 5 et 7 places. Une jolie brochette d’impairs qui s’explique sans doute en partie, par le fait que pas mal de joueurs ont dû terminer ou se sont lassés des derniers DLC déployés récemment sur ceux-ci.
